Is it even a thing anymore? I know my management doesn’t acknowledge it.

Do any of your shops celebrate it? Get a free lunch out of it? A gold star? Pat on the back? Firm handshake? A simple “good job”? Anything?

edit: Wow I know it’s usually a stupid arbitrary workplace ”pizza party” type of event but it’s kind of eye opening seeing all these responses when my manager won’t even buy us new tools.
