Wedge/Lowry Hill/Whittier
Hi 👋! I moved to Minneapolis from Houston 10 years ago and have been living in Whittier for the last 6 of those.
I live in a small building that I like, but my dog just can’t handle the noise from our upstairs neighbor. it got progressively triggering for his anxiety and then by some miracle that neighbor moved out last December. We had six blissfully peaceful months, but somebody new just moved into that unit.
I am interested in staying in the area but moving to a top floor apartment. I don’t own a car anymore and work at MCAD, so a 15 minute walk to work is ideal for all seasons.
I’d love to hear about any buildings/rentals/specific streets you love or recommend to add to my list to check for openings over the next 6 months to a year.
Needs: top floor unit so preferably nothing over 3 stories, dogs welcome, easily walkable to MCAD.
I currently pay $925 for a studio (heat included), and would need to keep rent under $1100.
