pre owned fire tablet questions

I got a couple of pre owned fire 8 tablets. I booted them up and its the wrong OS? I'm very confused and I have tried everything google has to offer. Does anyone recognize this?

Edit: it says its already has android 9 on it

hi all! as the title says, thinking about starting a bottle redemption place in bath. since shaws stopped accepting deposit bottles/cans, it has become very inaccessible imo. I am curious what the logistics would look like to make it happen.
