Reading + Critiquing commented stories LIVE / Creepy Pasta Office Hours
TLDR: live to read + review stories right now
Hello! If anyone wants to hear their story read by fresh eyes for a friendly critique and a live reaction, let me know the name of it, how many parts you want read if it's a multi-parter, and/or any specific areas to focus feedback in in reply to this post! I think that hearing someone else read your writing out loud can help you better gauge if your story is getting the pacing and reactions you intended.
I'm currently streaming on Twitch to cover any stories commented below; the VOD will be around afterwards if you miss the recitation of your story and I'll leave the link to it on this post if I'm able to when the stream is done.
The total number of stories I can read today will depend on when my voice gives / how long they are. I'm aiming for at least four hours tonight, on the weekend if there's more I didn't get to I can do a longer stream then.
I'll be reading from my own story on this sub "I Heard the Midnight Song" until there's a comment with a story to read here; I don't wanna grab someone's work for something like this without permission. If you have the chance to give me some of my own feedback on my story I would be so, so grateful- I'm delaying positing the second half of it until tomorrow to try and get my bearings in this community a bit more first.
