Visceral fat progress six months in

Thought this sub might find this datapoint interesting. I had a Styku visual scan at my doctor’s office at the sixth month mark. I’m currently 32 lbs down from a starting weight of 272 so have lost just over 10% of my body weight (which feels amazing). The thing that really struck me was that my visceral fat is down 27% by volume and 29% by weight. I know many of us think of this as some of the most stubborn weight. I was surprised to learn that this fat is typically easier to mobilize.

Edited for grammar.
