need advice
Hi I'm 24F, 165 cm (5ft 5 inches), 70 kg (154 pounds),
can somebody help me with how much I'm supposed to weigh to be healthy? and if so, how should i be losing the weight?
right now i walk 10k steps 6 out of 7 days and i try to run thrice a week.
my diet isn't great, I'm a vegetarian so protein is also pretty low.
i want to be lean and want to put on a little muscle.
i don't want to visit a Nutrionist because most of them try to peddle some teas etc which don't work.
i feel like I'm overweight but I'm not sure.

Tomorrow is the most dreaded day for me. 20 minutes of non stop running feels very daunting and scary.
