Parents Visitor Visa got rejected

Hi everyone,

My parents applied for canada visitor visa through an agent in India.

They travelled to UK last year for three months.

For the canada visa as well they showed the same documents they showed for UK vusa , all accounts , investment, house documents. They are retired.

Still they got rejection.

They are visiting my sister who is a canadian citizen to attend her baby shower and stay for 3 months.

Below are the documents they showed.

- account statements, investment documents , house documents

- application letter - we mentioned that they are visiting their daughter and her husband. Thats it , no mention of her being pregnant.

- sisters family payslips

-Sisters house rental contracts

- no airline tickets - our agent told not required. Is this true??

Is there anything obvious that we did wrong or any documents that we didn't showed to get rejection.

Should we wait a month or so to apply again and this time more documents?

But mainly what additional documents we can show to have approval. My parents really want to visit.

Thanks
