I got moved on to the 3rd round of a CS interview for this Thursday and it’ll be live case study. I wasn’t given much context besides I’ll be creating diagrams on the call to show my thought process…

Has anyone done a similar interview, and how did you prepare?

I’ve had plenty of CSM interviews where I create an assignment and present it, but never a live case study like this.

My company gives me a development budget yearly and since everyone is pushing AI, I’m thinking of purchasing Claude Code. Wondering if it’s actually been useful for other CSMs?

I want to try and create some basic workflows - follow ups, summaries, notes, triggers, etc.
