just got the air and my 3 months of google health premium only started. i got curious how the coach works so i built my own version. once the trial ends i'll probably just use this instead of paying for premium.

you sign in with google and ask it things like "why am i so tired this week" or "is my sleep getting worse". it goes through your sleep, resting heart rate and hrv, tells you what changed and what you could do about it.
