This is my asset distribution. With two kids 7 and 10 going to international schools in Bangalore. Both me and my wife together will make 1.2 cr in Bangalore.

We returned just today 😀 and still figuring out how to avoid taxes and best use the RNOR period.

My plan is to sell US home but when is the right time to sell I'm not sure.

Is the corpus even fatfire territory?

Any advice on these?
