Has anyone seen people transfer internally from a non-Integrative track, such as Implementation, QuantumBlack, Digital, etc., into the Integrative Consultant track at McKinsey?

Curious how common/feasible this is, is there a structured process, and what it depends on?

Is it just my feed, or are many people leaving McKinsey recently?

Most exit posts I’m seeing seem to be from the Integrative Consulting track, rather than Implementation or QuantumBlack.

Is this normal post-review attrition, or is there any restructuring/demand slowdown happening? Curious if anyone has context.
