PW permanently blocked my son's account, but the reason keeps changing. Need advice

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding a Physics Wallah account block.

My son is an 8th-class student in the Riser Infinity Pro batch. His account was initially flagged after he used his own account on a laptop and mobile simultaneously because the live-class polls were loading late on the laptop. There was no account sharing.

PW first sent a WhatsApp warning mentioning “suspicious activity” and a possible anti-piracy policy violation. They then asked us to submit a handwritten apology/undertaking, which we submitted.

However, after that, PW emailed us saying the account had been blocked multiple times due to “repeated instances of prohibited language” and that further unblocking was not possible.

My son says he did not use abusive or prohibited language. He told me that he may have used emojis while participating on the platform. If a particular emoji or expression is prohibited, how is a student supposed to know which ones are restricted if they are available to use on the platform?

He has also been very active in live polls and maintained the highest streak in his batch.

Has anyone faced a similar PW account-block issue? Especially where the initial reason was anti-piracy/suspicious activity and the later reason was changed to prohibited language?

If anyone has successfully got their PW account unblocked after such a situation, please tell me how you escalated it and whom you contacted.

I don't want to share my son's personal details publicly, but I can provide more information privately if needed.

Any genuine advice would really help.
