Can anyone know if we can get acceptance if we apply for FPGEE by July 17? If already done with the ECE evaluation. But still taking the TOEFL. Or do we have a chance to review all other documents except the TOEFL

I am preparing for my TOEFL, and I tried different platforms. Finally, I came across Magoosh, but I really doubt their writing scoring. Because when I tried TestGlider, my writing score was 3.5- 4, but when I tried Magoosh, I am scoring above 4.5. So little bit confused about whether the Magoosh score really matches the original TOEFL scoring. Can anyone provide me with a suggestion?
