I've tried do do a bysantine weave to start as I read that is a biginner weave but I just have no idea what I am missing. It looks nothing like it's supposed to and if i let it go it just floppes. What am I doing wrong??i tried to follow this tutioral and also a new youtube videos but i think i'm doing it right then it end up like this

I know my rings are not the best but it's all I could find in my country.
