Are these restrictions pretty normal for you all as well? I am about 13mo in (The incline restriction is mostly from my heal spur/plantar fasciitis).

He cannot sit upright for more than 7-10 minutes, drive for more than 45 minutes without feeling he needs to rest.
He can ambulate on flat surfaces for 7 minutes. Unable to walk on an incline for more than a minute without pain and fatigue. Can perform activities that require leaning over/stooping forward (such as doing dishes) for about 4 minutes and then needs to rest. After these activities he has to sit in a reclined position or lie down for 20 minutes before proceeding with further physical activity.

So we need to sell my FIL’s SHO and I am getting $18k offers left & right (just listed it today). Am I to high at $20k? It is 100% factory other than some Freon in the passenger side & the tires.
Feel free to give me any opinions of I am wrong, or what I might could do differently.
