how do you body recomp as an inverted triangle w PCOS?
i already lost roughly 60~ lbs through diet and exercise but now im stuck at a weird skinnyfat level where ALL my fat is in my triceps and back and stomach and my legs and hips are extremely lean.
i have broad shoulders aswell which makes this even worse. im tired of hearing “you need to be on a deficit to lose fat” or “you cant be on a deficit with pcos” and “lift heavier to grow muscle and lose fat on your arms” or “dont lift heavy!! just max out lower body”
ive been progressive overloading my legs and found its only made them leaner, and ive lifted heavy on my arms and realized i gained too much muscle but did not lose enough fat

theres so much contradictory info floating around and i know reddit isnt exactly credible— but i need to find women who are in my position and have been able to overcome it
truth is, im so tired of my build. its hard to find clothes that fit, i feel extremely unfeminine, and ive never gotten a clear answer on what to do to achieve a more proportionate figure
please help me
