Hi, I hope you been well, I'm trying to connect a KV X530 PLC (KEYENCE) to a Node Red, to show the production, scrap, and more by date etc. right know I'm figuring out how to connect it by the right way, so I just don't know if the PLC profile it's okay or if it is a better way to connect the plc with node red cause I'm using KV Host Link TCP, The IP of the PLC is ok, but I really need an example of a basic process or step to use it etc. or some advices to do it. and what recommend me? I'm thinking to use a Raspberry Pi to use like server for node red, any suggestions? Appreciate and thanks a lot

Can someone help me understand what could cause this?
I'm still learning SQL and only taking basic courses right now. We have a machine connected to a MES system and a PLC. In one station there is a CHECK IN step, and sometimes a CHECK OUT step, where the MES trigger is executed.
Every few months (maybe every 3 or 4 months), the machine cycle time becomes about 1 or 2 seconds slower during those steps. The machine still runs, but it is noticeably slower than normal.
What is strange is that the Chinese engineers who built the machine connect remotely and do something in SQL or the database, and after that the cycle time goes back to normal. This has happened several times.
I know this is probably not enough information to find the exact problem, but I would like to understand what kinds of things could cause this. Could it be related to indexes, large tables, locks, database maintenance, or communication between the MES and SQL?
I'm asking because I will probably be responsible for supporting these systems in the future, and I'm trying to learn more about how SQL affects MES and PLC systems.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Que tal, nose que piensen ustedes pero apesar de ser profesional en mexicali, o puesto tecnico etc. hecharle ganas pues, como que nose notan los esfuerzos muchas veces y por eso muchos obtan por ire a USA a trabajar. Me gustaria preguntarles ya sea por experiencia propia o que sepan ustedes, si en verdad hay demasiada diferen\ncia en salarios y que tanto uno puede lograr trabajando en USA a en Mexico, en este caso mas especifico al Norte de Mexico por decir asi Frontera. Se que van a decir muchos que haya tambien todo es mas caro etc. etc. pero realmente yo veo personas sin ser profesionales alla que tienen mucho mas que los que son profesionales aqui. Que opinas y en verdad es mucha la diferencia?
Por ejemplo un salario de un Ingeniero con experiencia de Mexico Vs Usa que tanta diferencia hay?

Hi, I have an HMI weinview and the department of engineering ask me to monitoring the HMI screen by web browser, I look around and find a way to do it with VNC/WebViwe and EasyAccess 2.0, unfortunately I don't have the OS version that let me do it, I already requested from the website support get the firmware and updated the system but they told me that I need contact my supplier but I don't have any supplier of this HMI is a Chinese brand. So If any of you already update the firmware of this brand of HMI or guide me doing it with modbus tcp or something like that with python or so etc. I will appreciate ! Good morning btw..
