Back in the late 2000s, there was this woman from the Bronx who was a friend of a friend. She was/is 4'10. She was a brutal height queen. She had two kids from a tall guy who left her to raise them on her own. She was always struggling. Her daughter grew exceptionally tall considering her height (5'9). Her son was always very short, and now is around 22. He didn't grow past 5'3 (i.e. couldn't make it to at least average). When I knew her (we were all in our 20s), she was a little fast and would always brag (tee-hee) about the height of men she dated. They were always 6'3, 6'5, 6'7 etc. We all went to a club on the Upper West Side one time and she kept bragging about how the bouncer was 6'9. She also had disparaging things to say about short men whenever she could. I didn't care for her much, but again, she was a friend of a friend, so I'd run into her from time to time. I remember her once complaining about how her own two best friends played her by talking to and sleeping with her then 6'7 ex boyfriend right after they broke up (which probably means he was cheating on her before they broke up).

I notice nowadays she is very aloof and distant based on her social media. She avoids me whenever old friends have get-togethers (which is sparingly). Guess why? She doesn't know where to put her face. I'm betting when she sees me or any other shorter guy in the wild, she might feel like a failure because even though she was able to snag "tall DNA", things didn't work out the way she thought it would. In fact, I know this is true because her friends talk about how devastated she is that her son is very short. Who knows, he may even be lurking here or the shortguys sub.
