I was recently diagnosed with chs the last time I was in the hospital. This is my second episode. I am completely quitting because it is not worth the pain.
Ive been going off and on throwing up but today has definitely been better.
I have been taking ginger pills, sipping water, taking hot baths, heating pad, creams
I just want to get back to eating again but I have zero appetite for anything that isn’t Fruity or sweet.
Wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to start eating solids again or any other tips that could relieve the cramping or nausea? Thank you.
