How Good Are Bahamut's Talents?

I just unlocked Bahamut's talents but I don't have any NP (oh no!)

I had exactly 75NP in store to buy the base talent.

I calculated that it would take me exactly 1500 catfood and 15 rare tickets (or 26 total rolls) if I wanted to get the 160 remaining NP to max out his explosion talent. With seed tracking I mean.

I only have ~2200 catfood and 23 rare tickets so my question is whether or not it's worth it to spend all of those resources to max out his explosion talent or if I should just wait naturally to get enough.

I can answer any follow up questions. Please tell me what you think is best! Thanks.

edit: Any other ideas or things I could do would be much appreciated as well.

I want Dasli

Is there any way for me to get Kasli the Bane with a platinum ticket here? Ik it's on the A track but I don't want her to leave after superfest is done so I'm trying to get her on B track next.

If I roll on a regular banner up until 19A, I'll get thief cat twice in a row and switch to track B (I think). After that, if I roll my platinum will it also be on track B and get me Dasli?

I need some confirmation that this will work. If it doesn't, is there any other way it would?
