Can’t hook up my lights into my controller

Hey guys I have 2 Hortispectra B800pro Lights i bought used and tried to hook it onto my spiderfarmer GGS controller and ac5 via the provided RJ12 cable and adapters. When plugging the cables connected to the light controller ports (dual channel for Full spectrum and IR& Far-reds)
Into the GGS system the whole system keeps restarting itself like a circuit protection or something. From my understanding the compatible units have single dimming channels like spider-farmers LEDs while the other port is used for daisy chaining. Anyways is there anything i can do to make my lights dimmable via the controller/app?
