Mixed feelings about my results

Mixed feelings about my results

Im really happy about history, bio, and chem, as I expected way less. I went up like 2-3 grades in each of those. In history, im especially proud of myself because last year in the yr 10 mocs, i scored a level 3 ,so to think i improved this much fulfils me a bit. I really thought i was going to fail chem or get a 4 because I couldn't understand a single equation question, which was probably worth over half the marks. Plus, my history teacher said I was 2 marks of a 9 in history, so they're going to check if I should get remarked. Im a bit disappointed about maths, physics, and geography, though. In january Maths moc, I was 1 mark from an 8, so i expected I'd have improved in the real exam. Plus, my teacher said he'd buy anyone who got a 9 a pizza, so oh well. 🤷‍♀️ I also got a 9 in the physics moc, so im sad I moved down a grade. Also, the invigilator accidently gave me like 10 minutes of extra time in the geography exam (and would have given me more if i didnt tell them i dont have access arrangements for extra time) so I thought that gave me more marks atleast on the 8, 6 and 12 marker. I suppose im surprised and a little relieved I still managed to get a 9 in english literature, considering I read the 30 mark question completely wrong in paper 1. Spanish and english language grades were as expected. Im relieved the examiner didn't screw me up in spanish for using bad words and talking about doing drugs. 🙃

Overall, the thing that matters most to me is that my dad isn't mad. I was so scared that i burst into tears the second I showed him my results. Glad his response was "atleast youre not being kicked out of IB" (even though i talked to many teachers and made sure that even if I got all 1s or fails id still be allowed to do IB)

Edit: Also, does anyone know why I can't see my eng language equivalent?
