Possible Law Waiver, need advice

Hi I’m 22 & I graduate with my bachelors this upcoming Spring. I was planning on trying to commission into the Air Force as a civilian but I had a question about a past mistake I made. When i was 19-20 I was working with LAPD and made a claim against a Sgt for sexual harassment. That said Sgt then made a counterclaim against me for falsifying time one day (which sadly I did do, I know it’s dumb but I wasn’t thinking about the consequences then when it happened). An investigation opened up and they closed the case as sustained and marked my employee packet as me being a dishonest person. I guess my question is how hard would it be for me to actually commission if I wanted to or is there absolutely no possibility of me doing so?
