Contortion stand!

The very first time I tried to handstand, I did not know the things my body would be capable of doing. When I first started (6years ago) I could not even touch my toes. I’m so greatful one day I just decided to start because the time passed anyway. You can do anything you set your mind to I promise. It may take longer than you want but if you want It, it’s yours!

First time being able to straighten my legs completely in a hollow back!

It’s not very long but I felt so strong!

Sun sequence

Stretching isn’t just about flexibility 🧘‍♀️☀️ Slow, controlled stretching can help shift the nervous system toward a more relaxed state, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and mobility, and may help with stress regulation. Add some sunlight for circadian rhythm support + a little resistance from ankle weights for extra muscle activation.

Stretch while the water boils

I know some people don’t have “time” to stretch but you just gotta find the moments! Whenever you find yourself standing still I encourage you to touch your toes. You can significantly improve your life with stretching by making little changes everyday ❤️

Why should you stretch?

Reduces stress and tension — stretching relaxes the muscles, regulates breathing, and helps calm the nervous system.

Improves mood — physical activity releases endorphins, which create feelings of joy and satisfaction.

Enhances focus and body awareness — similar to a short moving meditation, it promotes inner balance and reduces anxiety
