Property records: They already put $1M into it the loan. Seriously who has $1M to put as a down payment?!?
Nothing says “relatable content” like flexing a $2.7M property and the ability to put a $1M down payment during an economy where people are struggling. Social media loves selling the fantasy while regular people are out here trying to afford eggs and a starter home.
