Info on buying a lot
I’m considering this lot in Mountain Ranch Estates subdivision. How would I go about getting info on restrictions, etc.? It has an HOA (🤢) so maybe it has covenants? I don’t want to end up in HOA hell or jail. Would going through the municipality be best or the county? Gracias in advance!
