We are grateful to a breeder who referred us to another. The puppy is an absolute doll but there are some red flags we need advice on. Breeder said the puppy is 13 weeks old and has a hernia. In addition, mild laxity in left hip. Others are saying hips can’t really be tested until the 12 month mark. Any opinions? We are leaning toward walking away from this breeder but not sure :)

We are thrilled we found this group! We live in CT and We are seeking to find a breeder anywhere from Maine to Maryland. We have reached out to a few listed here but either their phones are disconnected or we don’t get a response. Any recommendations would be awesome! We are so excited!!
