.Maybe I'm just writing this out of frustration, but in 100% of my games playing Rengar, I see this item being built—sometimes even as a first item.

But that’s not the real issue; the problem is that it doesn't matter how fed you are or how big of a level lead you have over champions like Ambessa, Vi, or Naafiri etc—if they buy this item along with Ninja Tabi, they become impossible to kill. It’s not right for a single item to swing a 1v1 duel that drastically, regardless of the situation.
