After 18 years in the neighborhood, I’m looking to move out of the city. The running clubs were the nail in the coffin 🤣.

Sublease starting June 1 or 15, 2026  and ending November 30, 2026. Potential to sign own lease after this (have to certify eligibility and rent may be slightly higher).
Top floor, overlooks water
. New building (2016)
Rent is $1750
Income cannot exceed $136,080
Able to stay for entirety of sublease
Must go through affordable housing application process (provide sources of income/documentation) and be confirmed as eligible

If approved by landlord as eligible, the person will sign a sublease agreement with me directly and pay first and refundable security deposit at signing.
