Don’t know what else to do!
I have struggled with fatty liver for years! Over the last year and a half I have completely changed my lifestyle. I eat very healthy cut out all fatty food, sugar and alcohol. So far have lost 92lbs and liver is not improving. Feels like I’ve gotten tested for just about every autoimmune disorder that can possibly cause the enzymes to elevate and still nothing no answers. Was informed the next step would be a biopsy. I’m absolutely terrified to do it luckily I have a few months since the first available appointment isn’t for another 4ish months.
I’m considering going to a naturopathic doctor but they don’t take insurance and it’s very expensive. Would like to know if anyone has been on the same boat before? I just really don’t know what else to do.
