alien cutie (。ᵕ ◞ 𓏏 ◟)

╰ very unoriginal original fit by the one and only, me. i always wanted to make a cute alien fit (it was unreachable for me before but here i am). it was something i made because my brain ran out of creative juices (would take a month or two to refill), but here we are.

what do we think? personally, i think i could have done better, maybe ill recreate it in the future but what are your thoughts? (˶˃𐃷˂˶)

uhm....about the boycott, no offense.

before ya'll jump me, im all here for the idea of boycotting dti after they have been ignoring our complaints as their playerbase & every constructive criticism thrown their way.

boycotting the game sounds like a good idea, but i doubt us all as the playerbase to maintain it, im not saying the community is not capable of doing a boycott but for months, we have been letting the devs off hook and giving them too much of the benefit of the doubt.

some of us dismissed actual concerns on microtransactions and monetization with the flimsy excuse of 'well devs have to earn money in some way', as if dress to impress isnt the biggest dress up game on the platform with no real competition, and hundreds if not thousands of players buying gamepasses on a daily basis alongside the consecutive release of dolls.

we enabled them by giving them money by buying the dolls, spending robux on the new robux set that they release/rework every update and the boycott will not be effective if you are more concerned about losing your log in streak. if we can blame anyone, its ourselves that we got to this stage.

stop looking for excuses to defend the devs' actions and actually start looking at what's infront of you, devs arent saints just because they are teenagers — being a teenager or a young adult doesnt mean you dont have the conscience to decide whats right or wrong, and take accountability; they are mature enough to fix the mistakes they have made but they intentionally dont, unless there is outrage.

and if we want to follow through the boycott, spread the word through all the socials, outside of reddit, so we as a community can collectively make a change.

but if you can prove me wrong by actually boycotting the game by not logging in, im all here for it.

how i feel after spending hours adjusting and making the head part perfect, only to never complete the fit.

someone bully me into completing these two baddies into a for, because your girl has been procrastinating a lot.😔

its always been like this, i log in to make a fit, end up spending hours doing some adjustments on hair to make it intricate, with 10 crashouts — and then log off when im done.

tried to make a cute treble clef on the hair, what do we think?

The new flairs can be a bit confusing, but i tried to make a treble clef, like the title itself says, with a heart curve to make it cuter — it might not be accurate, but i tried >_< ; this was kind of inspired by both canelle and f5ve

styling the troll head hack on male body

i tried styling this hack, which the influencers are quite literally shoving in our faces, selling it off as the next big thing after noses, yes noses were hated and grew on us all. but i cant say the same for this hack, this hack is good on paper but when you go on to implement it, its time consuming and waste of slots. it took me 2 hours to come up with the current face shape, and yet im still not satisfied.

would i recommend it? nope, even in normal rounds you would waste your 6 mins trying to adjust this thing. but if you enjoy using it and find it useful for the face shape it provides, that you go girl. but ill admit, troll head is still useful for headless hack.

here to call you out; i woke up and chose violence, thnx

i have been wanting to speak about this for a while, but didnt because the outrage on this subject was all time high.

lets talk about you guys, since we judge everyone in the master server for what they layer, what colour palette they use, what skin colour they have. always being the fashion police. yes, i will get downvoted, because im here to call you out for policing other's fits.

i have seen everyone on this sub complain, about muted colours, grey skin, and so on. dont you get bored of complaining about it all the time? and dont drag powdered donut into the argument, we are talking about you policing on how someone should dress.

did we forget, this is a fashion game? everyone has a right to express themselves; so what if they overlayer? so what if they like to spam patterns, thats their own way of having fun. you are just removing the fun out of a game, by setting a standard on how one should dress.

you talk about how you feel 'pressured' to dress a certain way, because ppl of your rank do, but you are just a hypocrite for judging and mocking them for the way they dress.

you will talk about 'oh they dont follow themes', but honey, i assure you, get down your high horse, your fits arent even close to the theme either, when you complain about the podium, when your basic fit doesnt win. i talked about this problem already, but i will say it again. you didnt follow the theme either, maybe do your research, when you post an all pink fit and call it lolita. and whine about how others in the server gave you a reality check, that it isnt lolita.

there is a thing called style, maybe that thing is foreign to you, you tell ppl who like muted colours to 'add colour', have you ever thought not everyone wants to put a neon in their fit.

even though, i dont use grey skin, i will just say it out there, you are no one to police if someone likes to use grey skin or not. if they like using it, let them. they have an equal right to use grey skin, like you have to paint your entire outfit one colour.

i will say it again, you guys are hypocrites; you get away for dressing like a fashionista while being a top model, but god forbid a high rank uses muted colours and grey skin because they enjoy it. blasphemy, how dare they?!

maybe, the problem isnt even style anymore; its about ranks, because most of the ppl judge and complain about anything a high rank does. its becoming a pattern, you guys complain about any trend that the high ranks dress as. what will be your next victim? ppl who dress cutesy? because the cute faces get annoying and get on your nerves?

im not here to sugarcoat anything, im irritated by the hypocrisy in this subreddit. you are no one, but a stranger on this internet — you dont have a right to police or judge anyone's style or preferences, just because your basic style gets validated and glazed on this sub.

i genuinely dont like any dti influencer in this community, except a selected few, and the partial blame is to the fact, 99.9% of these influencers dont criticize the game or the devs for the obvious bad decisions they made. like why do you have a platform if you arent going to use it to criticize and call out the devs for their greed and the way they are pushing away their community.

criticism on a game is what makes it better, if you love the game so much, you will criticize it too because you want the game to actual succeed and be better. its alright, if you cant speak up because you arent comfortable, but dont glaze every single thing the devs release either. like wdym, these influencers are saying 'they are tired of the constant release of dlcs' and the next video is them styling the very dlc they criticized, pick a lane.

dlc has been a huge problem in dti, and none of the influencers speak about it. — however thats really big topic on its own, like consumerism and amount of plastic waste and stuff like that.

and another problem is, the clickbait videos, and big example of this is callmehaley, some of her thumbnails are extremely misleading or well....questionable? I still remember being traumatized by the pregnant lana thumbnail, ma'am. and some cc posting a thumbnail with obvious fatphobic implications, which i remember seeing a post about recently here in the sub. clickbait is common, but its gets to a point, it gets borderline disrespectful and sexual, and inconsiderate to the fact you have an impressionable young audience, that consume your content. who see you as their role models, and this is the message you give them?

we always call out the community for being toxic, yes, the community is toxic. but the toxicity and hypocrisy of the influencers should be called out more often.

i know for a fact, most of you guys are keeping your mouth shut because there are dti influencers on this sub. instead of hiding in your dens, why not use this opportunity to actually criticize them, this is the freaking place they can read?
