i am actualy scared for the future of the series supermassive are in a crisis right now due to undewhelming sales of their main games ( the quarry , casting of frank stone , directive 8020.. ) and on top of that the hate on LN3 , that all caused mass layoffs in the past 2 years and now they are working with 40% of the work force before 2024 , so i really think they gonna deliver the final dlc of LN3 and then seperate themselfs from the series and i don't know what gonna happen after that ... is the company gonna give it to another studio ? is the series gonna stop ? are supermassive gonna make LN4 ? are we even gonna have LN4 ?

i really hoped that supermassive to make updates wity new content to LN3 but after the last layoff i actually think this is imposible right now they are overworking ans i really perfer them to delay the last dlc rather than giving us an incomplete short dlc 💔💔💔

i honestly think the backstage was better it was way longer ( the prisoner 50m-1h , the backstage 1h10m-1h30m)

even thought both are prequels and both are the first dlc the backstage has no reused enemies from the game and better stealth sections , puzzels , diffrent areas and the pace overall and it was cheaper

and specially level desing i feel like the backstage desing was very beatifull and small and the presoner felt a lil empty

\+ the prisoner dlc had the same bulb mechanic as the backstage to stunn enemies which is ... 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔
