Used PC broken in transit: Is it fixable?

I have insurance so it's not a big deal, but I'm curious: how serious is this damage?

The PC arrived like this, with the card disconnected and hanging by the screws. The "fingers" on the card look ok but the plastic is scratched and small pieces have broken off it seems. One or two fingers inside the PCIe (?) socket are twisted, and it looks like I wouldn't be able to reconnect the card if I tried (haven't tried).

Drill a pinhole in the window to dry?

My garden room has a punctured window. Has anyone tried to drill a hole in the top and bottom to let the moisture escape? The reduced insulation is not an issue, I just want to remove the water.

DDF484Z chuck replacement

I have a DDF484Z drill with a broken chuck, and would like to switch to a metal chuck, but I can't figure out if any metal ones are compatible. Anyone have a clue?
