Advice Needed

Hey!
I could really use some advice because I’ve found myself in a bit of a pickle. About 3 days ago, I accepted an offer from an MPH program and paid the enrollment fee to secure my spot. However, I’ve just received an acceptance from another school that is a much better fit for me, and I would now prefer to attend that program instead.
I’m wondering if it’s possible for me to withdraw from my commitment to the first school and let them know that, due to personal reasons, I’m no longer able to attend. I completely understand that I may lose the enrollment fee, and I’m okay with that.
I just wanted to know if anyone has been in a similar situation or has any insight on whether I can back out of my commitment to the first school and move forward with the second one instead. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thank you!!

Hey, need some advice!!

I got into Icahn school of medicine at Mount Sinai. The thing is, I submitted my application a day ago and I have already been accepted. I dont know if its a good or a bad thing. I have also applied to other places like Johns hopkins, columbia, brown, NYU, BU, etc. Should i proceed with sinai as its my dream to match into their residency program or do i wait for other schools to make their choice? I would prefer going to hopkins or an Ivy over this. Sinai wants me to either accept or decline by friday, June 19th. Input of any kind is appreciated. Thank you!!
