Laptop randomly freezes after being idle. Hard shutdown required.

My Dell XPS 13 from 2022 (Windows 11; latest updates) is now randomly freezing occasionally after being idle. Sometimes when I go away to do something for a few minutes or more I'll come back to my PC and everything will be frozen (cursor doesn't even move). The only way to fix the issue is to do a hard shutdown by holding the power button for 15-20 seconds. I haven't noticed a pattern of when it happens and when it doesn't other than noticing that when I am active on the laptop and doing stuff, it doesn't happen. I ran some basic diagnostic tests and everything came up clear (ckdsk, Dell Support Assist etc.)

Any thoughts?

New to aeropress. Following the instructions included in the manual, the water seems to be flowing super quick through the filter/chamber even before I get to the step where I insert the plunger. I fill the water up to level 4 on the chamber but by the time I start inserting the plunger, the water level has already come down to level 1-2. I'm thinking this means I grinded too fine and so the water is flowing through the filter too easily without much resistance. Any thoughts?
