Rather than a cell splitting into two, we have a great example of storms combining into one cell! You can really see the mesocyclone rotating in the dominant storm and persisting once it has merged! It was previously tornado-warned, but that has since been lifted.

This storm potentially produced tennis ball sized hail in the northern spawn after the split

Pretty neat how you can see the speck of high velocity near the surface!

I was watching some of the storms last night and saw this beauty in Kansas. Anyone have pictures of this one?
