Hi i wonder if anyone has ever encountered this problem before, so there are horizontal white lines that appear at the sides of the image.

the same problem actually occurred before, but the nozzle test has so many empty lines that cannot be clean no matter how many times i clean or soak the head so i thought it was the head problems.

but after a week the horizontal lines started to appear again.

i am using a chinese uv printer brand tupac 60x90 with 2 heads , 1 for the white ink and another one cmyklmlc.

side notes: i am talking with the technician in my country on how to fix it and trying to ask the chinese technician but they can be really slow to response
