Frozen mixed cherry tomatoes
We froze tons of cherry tomatoes from our garden. The issue is that they’re very sweet (mix of sungolds and super sweets) so I’m looking for ideas to balance that. And they’re very small, so they basically disintegrate when they defrost.
They’ve been ok as a soup base (but still very sweet). What else should I try?
