Hi everyone! I’m in NJ and have my NY license and have been looking to move to the city. I’ve been trying to secure a job first but my job search hasn’t been going so well. I’ve been working for a little over 2 years, which does knock me out of some more advanced roles. Most of the places that have gotten back to me have flaked or have been chains.

Any advice in general with job hunting? Anything help!!

Hey everybody. I’ve been working at my current spa a year now and got my first one star review. Just through sms thankfully and my manager is going to follow up to see exactly what happened.

I do have a feeling that there’s nothing else I could have done better and she might just be someone that I don’t mesh with and that’s okay, but it’s still tearing me up a lot lol. I love my job and put so much time and energy into it. Any advice from some more seasoned estis on the matter?
