Hello fencers, my son is currently 9 turning 10 about 133cm tall and weighs 66lbs. He has been fencing for close to a year and we plan on starting to attend regional competitions on the upcoming season. For competition requirements, this is the age he can start using size 2 blades. When should I move him up from using a size 0 to 2 for sabre?
