Please Help- Lost phone at Lisbon Airport

I'm posting here hoping to find a kind soul willing to help me out.
My daughter lost her phone at Lisbon Airport recently, and, good news, the lost and found office has it! That's where the good news ends, unfortunately. 😅
Here's the problem:
• The airport won't ship or package the phone.
• Shipping companies won't accept an unpackaged item.
• The one service I found that handles the whole process quoted me more than the phone is actually worth.
So I'm stuck.
What I'm looking for: Someone who could go to the lost and found office at Lisbon Airport, pick up the phone, package it, and ship it to me (in France).
Of course, I'll cover all shipping costs and add a little something for your time and trouble. We can work out the details and payment method in DMs.
I know it's a big ask from a stranger on the internet, so I'm happy to provide whatever proof or guarantees you need to feel comfortable.

Update : I finally requested a professional service from Iberomail that do exactly that (from airport and hotels) for a much affordable cost than the first option I found. It’s 71€ for pick up, packing and shipping in 10-15 days.
Twice the cost of the shipping alone but hopefully professional. I will make my daughter pay the difference with her pocket money 🤓
