There should be 2/3 train platforms under 103rd Street (B/C)
It would give Bronx and Harlem riders easier access to the Sixth and Eighth Avenue lines as without changing from 2 or 3 to another train first the closest transfer to Eight is Park Place (or Penn Station if you wanna walk a bit longer), and Sixth is Atlantic Ave. It would just make people's rides easier.
