Hey guys,
I've been doing this amazing AMRAP workout for a few weeks now. I'm doing it 3 times a week, but I have time to add another day of training to my week. So I would love to add a mobility workout to my week. The problem however is, I have no experience in making kettlebell workouts, since I've only started a few weeks ago.
The AMRAP that I'm doing right now is as follows:
30 min AMRAP
10 Swing (24kg)
5/5 Clean and Press
5/5 Front Squat
6-8 Pushups
Like I said I would love that add an extra day where I train mobility and technique. I'm thinking about Halo's, Pullovers, Turkish getup drills (to learn to movement) and Snatch drills.
I would love to hear your favourite exercises, complexes and flows, all tips and tricks are welcome!
