I'm thinking about Heizou, Ineffa, Xingqiu and Fischl? Is it a good team?

I don't have Citlali not Escoffier and I lowkey don't want to build another cryo character because they all have only 20 lvls and Charlotte is kinda build? I mean I could use Mona (c0) or Xingqiu (c6) instead. If it's no good then I can force myself to build another cryo character!

I kinda don't have Citlali nor Furina. I do have Xilonen for my Mavuika. What should I do? Melt or vape? Also pls team ideas
