Today I watched a YouTube interview of Peter Magic, founder of Janoshik and he said BAC water isn’t a thing in Europe and they simply use sterile water or saline, and he said there’s really no to use it. I had never heard this before and wondered if anyone actually just uses the sterile water or saline when reconstituting?

I’m just about to finish 12 weeks of GLOW (M-F) and my chronic back pain is 100% improved and I hope the peptide is why. I really started it for the skin/hair benefits and anti-aging but the back improvement has been so noticeable. My question is on my 4 week break will I again start having the back issues?
