THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!! i can't do a pull up. i can't do a push up. i cant do a sit up. my plank goes to 20 seconds at max. i get tired after like 20 seconds of running. i don't know what to do. i need like workout routines that are easy for beginners but are actually helping me improve idk. plz help this isn't even a "ohh i can do it but i could be better" situation it's just i can't do it. help
