I picked up a pair of KEF R3 Meta speakers.

Please suggest amps that will go well with it.

I'm not looking to spend more than,

US$ 3000(budget). I prefer buying a new amp.

The room is a med/lage study.

I'm currently using the Audiolab 7000A and I'm not happy I need to crank up the volume almost 80% to have a decent listening experience.

Souces are Technics1210 turntable, Eversolo A6 Gen 2.

I listen to a variety of music overall.
