I’m not sure this is even related to FD but it’s gastro so just reaching out to see if anyone’s had something similar. I’m absolutely so at a loss and so uncomfortable and writhing in pain.

Yesterday, it began with bad nausea more than what I’d usually have on a daily basis. Found it difficult to lie down as it made it worse. Awful burning stomach pain, so im thinking it’s acid related, but it hasn’t eased with omeprazole or Famotidine ? Sulfur burps which I’ve never experienced before at this frequency, and lots and very loose diarrhoea.

Do you know what this could be and does it sound similar to something anyone experienced?

Do I need to seek medical attention or just ride it out?
Please any help or advice is so welcome.
