My first Alltrack
Ever since I was a teenager, I had always had my eye on the Passat Alltrack. I especially loved the orange version, and back then it felt like a dream car to me.
Now, at 30, I finally bought a used one — a 2021 model with 100k km, a 2.0 TDI with 200 hp, 4Motion and DSG.
I switched from a Seat Leon 2.0 TDI with 150 hp, and I definitely feel like I made the right choice. You sit higher, it's more comfortable and feels much more substantial, and the extra 50 hp is definitely noticeable.
I also absolutely love how it looks in black, although keeping it clean is quite a challenge!
I haven't really tested it off-road yet, though. For those of you who own an Alltrack, what have your experiences been like? How far do you dare to take yours off the beaten path, and what kind of terrain can it realistically handle?
Thanks for your help and comments.
