Where can I buy turkey (ground) meat in Groningen?
I’ve been looking to buy ground turkey for so long now. It’s one of the few meats I can eat. Can’t find it anywhere, went to Nazar, Just Meat and some other meat stores and no one sells it :/

I started having constant tinnitus around a month ago in my left ear. The sound is more high pitched and not really a “whooshing” sound. Then it spread to my right ear but since my left ear is so loud i mostly just hear it at night and sometimes the right one gets louder than the left one (but only at night). My heart rate has been insanely fast recently too and I’ve been having really bad headaches almost every day. I got my blood tests done and my ferritin is severely low (6). My hemoglobin (5), hematocrit (0.29) and erythrocyte (3.95) levels are also low. I’ve been having issues with anemia my whole life, it’s not constant but it comes back quite often but it has never caused tinnitus before and it was this severe in the past. Could anemia be the cause?
Two weeks ago my left ear started ringing out of nowhere. For background, I am quite an anxious person. I have OCD and used to struggle with raging health OCD in the past but it eventually got better and I still get a bit of anxiety every now and then but only when the issue I am struggling with seems more severe. Before my ear started ringing I wasn’t feeling too well mentally due to struggles with university but it wasn’t occupying my mind and I didn’t feel physically anxious at all. I play competitive games and honestly this spikes my cortisol more than anything else. Besides that, I’ve been having allergies and an infection in the back of my gums, accompanied with a lot of mucus in my throat and headache only in one spot on the bottom left side of my head. I also have a thyroid disease called Hashimoto’s disease which I take meds for everyday. So, a lot of things could’ve caused my tinnitus and I’ve been trying to get to a doctor in the country I currently live in but the receptionists at the clinic I’m registered at are refusing to even let me go to a GP and prescribed me an over the counter nose spray that made my throat hurt. I have become very anxious because of that, always on edge, trying to figure out by myself what could’ve been the cause for my tinnitus and how to treat it all while my condition has been worsening. My heart rate is really high, my body feels very tense and cherry on top - my right ear started ringing 2 days ago. So now I genuinely can’t function without constant background noise. I’m unable to study because of it and I am sure I will not pass my exams. The more I think about it, the more I think it can stem from anxiety, so my last resort is going to reddit and asking other people struggling with tinnitus what the most probable cause for it could be.
